Dinah stopped by one of the supposedly empty training rooms on board the watchtower. The entire far wall was made of glass, giving a beautiful view of the stars and moon. A few feet from the window, Batman was sitting with his legs tucked neatly beneath him, looking for all purposes a black shrouded Samurai.
She approached him silently, knowing he knew she was there, and folded herself up next to him without a word. The ever present lenses on his cowl made him appear no different than any other moment, but there was a calmness to his breathing. He was meditating, away from where the rest of them had been together in the larger training room, and Dinah suspected that if his mask was off, his eyes would be closed.
She did the same with her own eyes, glad to get a little peace after her last meditation session turned into sparring more than calm relaxation. Carefully, she tried to match her breathing with his, making as few distractions as she could. The company was enough.
